Delivery Info

Our Delivery will be charged based on that chargeable by a national carrier or Royal Mail unless the goods are offered for sale inclusive of delivery charges.

Please be aware that at the point of delivery a signature will be required.  Please sign all items "UNCHECKED" unless you have checked and you are happy in its condition.

You as the customer must inspect any goods before signing for them as satisfactory. Any damage found MUST be noted on the delivery note and delivery refused.

During the Christmas period Royal Mail will experience some delays in the run up to Christmas.

A waiting period of 15 working days is required if your item appears to be lost before a replacement can be sent out. This is due to Royal Mail's terms and conditions.

 

To Cancel an Order

If you wish to cancel an order please call 01925 44 44 64.  As long as the post has not been picked up there will be no charge, if the post has been picked you it must be returned to us at your cost for refund.

Return Items with your Returns Form

  • If you are not entirely satisfied with any item you have ordered, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days from the date of receiving your goods.
  • Please notify us by email or post of your decision to cancel your order with in 7 days of the date of receiving your goods.
  • If you cancel your order, please return the goods to us (with the original packaging and with all relevant documentation).
  • If you are returning goods to us, you must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit
  • We recommended that you ask your Post Office for proof of posting and that you add insurance to cover the cost of the goods in the event of loss or damage.
  • Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
  • If you fail to return goods at your expense, we reserve the right to charge the direct costs for their recovery and may offset that amount against any refund due.

  • If we have sent out a faulty or an incorrect item, please let us know immediately.
  • Please carefully repack the item including all documentations.
  • Please email or send the postage receipt to us and we will reimburse the postage cost.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation date of your order.

WARRANTY

  • All items including professional bought from us through the website, phone or inperson will be Return To Base Warranty unless within our service area.
